Forwarders allow you to automatically send a copy of an incoming email from one email address to another.
Email Account Forwarder
To create an email forwarder:
- Log into cPanel.
- In the Mail section, click Forwarders.
- Under the Email Account Forwarders section, Click Add Forwarder
- Type in the Address to Forward
- Select a destination:
- Forward to email address
- Discard with error to sender (at SMTP time)
- Advanced Options
- Forward to a system account
- Pipe to a program
- Discard
- Click Add Forwarder
To create additional forwarders so that emails can be copied and delivered to multiple destinations, simply repeat steps 3-5, choosing the same email address as the recipient.
Example:
support@domain.com --> email@domain1.com -->Â Add Forwarder
support@domain.com --> email@domain2.com -->Â Add Forwarder
support@domain.com --> email@domain3.com -->Â Add Forwarder

Email Domain Forwarders
Domain Forwarders will forward all emails from one domain to another. To create a domain forwarder, follow the instructions below.
- Login into cPanel.
- In the Mail section, click Forwarders.
- Under the Forward All Email for a Domain section, click Add Domain Forwarder.
- Select the Domain to Forward from the drop-down menu.
- Enter a destination domain.
- Click Add Domain Forwarder.
Deleting a Forwarder
To delete an email account forwarder or domain forwarder:
- Log into cPanel.
- In the Mail section, click Forwarders.
- For email account forwarders:
- In the Email Account Forwarder section, click Delete next to the forwarder you'd like to remove.
- On the confirmation page, click Delete Forwarder.
- For domain forwarders:
- In the domain forwarder section, click Delete next to the forwarder you'd like to remove.
- On the confirmation page, click Delete Domain Forwarder.
